Copper Tube Bend (3 Steps with 1 Big Radius) refers to a bending method that involves one large radius in three distinct steps.

In the first step, programmed cnc bend the tube to a 180-degrees using a larger radius bending tool. This “big radius” bend allow the tube to turn a corner without creating too much resistance in the flow of fluid or gas inside the tube. In the second step, cnc rotate the tube to 270 degrees and bend to another 90-degree angle.

Finally, cnc would bend the tube to another 90 degrees angle. By bending the tube in the original bend direction, this copper tube bend create a smooth, curved section that connects the two straight sections.
