Description

A two-step bend copper tube bending process involves making two distinct bends in the same section of the pipe. This technique is often used to create complex shapes or to route a pipe around obstacles.

The first step bending is to make a partial bend in the pipe at the desired location. This is easily done using a programme cnc machine. The key is to only bend the pipe partway, leaving enough straight pipe to complete the second bend.

The second step bending is to make the final bend in another certain direction, completing the desired shape. Programme must make sure the second bend is aligned with the first bend to avoid kinks or deformities during the copper tube bending process.
