Brazing copper tube/ stainless steel tube is a process to join two pieces of tubing using a filler metal that is melted and flowed into the joint between the tubes. The filler metal is typically a alloy based materials that melting point lower than the tubing being joined.

The brazing process typically involves the following steps:

  1. Cleaning. 1st, we would clean and remove any dirt, grease, or other contaminants on the joint surface. This can be done using a wire brush or other abrasive tool. Then furthermore followed by a solvent wipe to remove any remaining residue.
  2. Assembly. The two pieces of copper tubing are then assembled into the desired configuration, with a small gap left between them to allow for the flow of the filler metal.
  3. Fluxing. A flux material is applied to the joint area to prevent oxidation and promote wetting of the filler metal. The flux is typically a paste or liquid that is brushed onto the joint area.
  4. Heating. By using heat source, we heat the joint area until the tubing and filler metal reach the melting temperature of filler metal.
  5. Brazing. Once the filler metal has melted, it flows into the joint area and bonds with the copper tubing. The joint is allowed to cool slowly to prevent cracking or other defects.

The resulting joint is typically strong, leak-proof, and resistant to corrosion. Brazing copper tube process is commonly used in HVAC and refrigeration systems.

By applying most suitable skill and knowledge, we able to braze the copper tube and stainless steel tube products following customer requirements.
