Copper Tube Brazing Parts

Description

Copper tube brazing is a process to joint two copper tubes using a filler metal that melts at a temperature below the copper tubes melting point. By heating with a heat source, we melt the filler metal (brazing alloy) and flow it into the joint between the copper tubes.

The brazing process requires a clean joint surface and a precise application of heat to prevent overheating and tubes distortion. For this purpose, flux is applied to the joint before brazing. Flux can remove any oxide or other contaminants and to ensure a strong, leak-proof joint.

Copper tube brazing is commonly used in plumbing, HVAC and refrigeration systems to join copper pipes and tubing. It is a reliable and efficient method of joining copper tubes. This method produce strong and durable joints that can withstand high pressure and temperature.
