Description

The 3-step bending soft copper pipe process involves the following steps:

1. Designing the bending program. The first step involves designing a bending program that specifies the exact dimensions and angles of the bends required. This is typically done using CAD software, which generates a digital model of the pipe and the required bends.
2. Loading the copper pipe. Once having the bending program, the copper pipe is loaded into the CNC bending machine. The machine uses a series of rollers and clamps to hold the pipe and ensure that it stays in position during the bending process.
3. Bending the soft copper pipe. Once securely place the copper pipe, the CNC bending machine uses a series of hydraulic cylinders and motors to precisely bend the pipe following the design specifications. The computer programme ensures that the bends are made at the correct angles and in the right locations. Once the bending process is complete, we remove the copper pipe from the machine and inspected for quality control purposes.
